Because every piece is handmade upon request, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.
However, we understand that issues may occur occasionally.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, or

• The item is damaged during delivery.

Process:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Return the item in its original packaging.

• Once inspected and confirmed defective, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
